"After visiting another bridal shop in Cumbria and having a really poor experience, I felt so disheartened.
I went to visit Tracy and Christine at Te Amo just to have a look, not thinking for a second after the previous experience elsewhere that I would find my dress.

From the minute I walked through the door, it was totally different. They were incredible. The range of dresses was huge, nothing was too much trouble, I was able to try on so many dresses and Tracy strikes the perfect balance of making suggestions and also allowing you to look, choose and explore options. There was actually numerous dresses I could have been more than happy with, but my dress was perfect. The entire process with ordering was seamless, my dress arrived early and then the seamstress that the shop work with collected it and got straight to work.

The entire experience was slick, there were no hiccups and Tracy and Christine were just wonderful. They are genuine, lovely people who care so much about your day and will do what is needed to make the dress aspect as enjoyable, easy and perfect as possible! It was such a fun experience that I wish I could go and choose another.
